Recent appearances as a demonstrator at The Knitting and Stitching Show, Alexandra Palace and at Creative Stitches, Exeter have encouraged me to offer packs of space-dyed felt for sale.
The felt is a 70%wool/viscose mix, ideal for making the felt flowers I use on the Garland necklaces.
Each pack contains six different coloured squares, 21 X 23 cm approx, three templates and instructions for making the flowers.
The colours are pink/red, blue, green, purple, yellow, turquoise. They vary greatly in shade and hue as determined by the dying process.
Packs are priced at £12.50 which includes vat, postage and packing for a single pack to a UK address.
The Felt Necklace Kit contains everything you need to complete the necklace shown, excluding needles and glue.
The kit contains clear, illustrated instructions and will teach you several of the processes I use to make the necklaces seen on site.
It is an achievable and stimulating project for anyone with some sewing skills and the simple design can easily be personalized by adding your own embellishments.

Made from my own hand-dyed felt, strengthened, stiffened and shaped by hand, the flower is presented on a gold metal pin shaft with a fitted end cap.
The centre of the flower is hand painted and embellished with a beaded felt ball.
